Mark Ainsworth
Mark has been very athletic most of his life. However, like so many others life caught up to him, at the age of 45 Mark weighed an incredible 328 pounds at 42% body fat he had been diagnosed with high blood pressure and was full blown Type II Diabetic.
As a result there was an incredible health scare, a doctor told him, "change your life or you will die" and that is exactly what he has done. Over the next few years Mark made an amazing transformation both personally and professionally.
Mark became a personal training director for the largest health club company in the world obtaining multiple personal training and nutritional certifications.
Mark is now an NPC body building competitor and avid cyclist. Today at BodyCentre Fitness Mark spends his time helping others overcome the obstacles he once faced.
Kelley Gast
Since 1994, Kelley has been providing others with health and wellness services at the BodyCentre Day Spa. Her journey has not been without its obstacles. Today Kelley is a double breast cancer survivor, she manages her Lupus and Lyme on a daily basis.
As a highly competitive athlete Kelley was involved in a life changing accident in 2012 which resulted in multiple broken bones, a punctured lung and a broken back. Kelley is an incredible example of persistence and determination.
Kelley is now an NPC body building competitor and travels the country as a competitive ultra endurance cyclist.
With 29 surgeries, Kelley works every day to overcome her personal issues and understands most health issues and together works with you to get you back to life.
