STRENGTH TRAINING-PERSONAL TRAINER AND FITNESS COACH

Why is a Trainer needed?

If you've been exercising consistently for several weeks or months and aren't losing weight or reaching your goals, hiring a trainer may be a good choice. Learning how to add weights and do exercises to create change in your problem areas are the goal to add definition to your most important assets. Too often people focus on cardio to lose weight, but strength training adds structure to a physique with muscle to replace fat, fill the areas that are sagging from weight loss or aging skin.

Usually core training is a cause of back pain and the break down of the body as we age. Depending on if you have suffered an injury or lack of mobility we work on getting you in the best shape of your life.

What is the most important thing when you want to see changes?

Food! When we want change most people don’t realize that food is 80% of the plan. We start off with an Assessment, determine your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) then we can prepare a food plan or we have a food service where meals can be dropped off at the Bodycentre or at your home to keep you on track. Most clients who have a busy work life or it’s just hectic prefer meal service during the week. Healthy Meals Kitchen drops off meals Sunday and Wednesday with the cost of about $6.33 per meal is usually a great option and hassle free solution.
