At BodyCentre Day Spa, our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in a peaceful, professional setting. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our spa policies to help us best serve you and all of our clients:
Arrival
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy your full session time and complete any necessary paperwork.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other guests. The full service fee will still apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge any time before our close of business on the day prior to your scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment and all no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
If you miss an appointment without notice, a credit card will be charged prior to secure future bookings.
Communication & Comfort
Your comfort and well-being are our highest priorities. Please let your therapist know about any discomfort, preferences, or health concerns so we can customize your session.
Open communication during your treatment helps us deliver the best possible experience.
You may end your session at any time if you feel uncomfortable or are not satisfied.
Pre-Treatment Guidelines
If you are receiving an exfoliating treatment, please avoid shaving immediately beforehand to help prevent irritation.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve a peaceful environment, kindly silence your cell phone and keep noise to a minimum during your visit.
Please respect the privacy and relaxation of other spa guests at all times.
Gratuities
Gratuities are sincerely appreciated and go directly to your therapist.
A typical gratuity ranges from 20% to 25% of your service total.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are treated as cash and may be redeemed for any spa service or retail item.
Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or replaced.
