Spa Policies

At BodyCentre Day Spa, we are committed to providing every guest with a peaceful, rejuvenating, and professional experience. To help us serve you best, we kindly ask that you review and follow our spa policies below:

Arrival

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a full session.

  • We may need to shorten your service if you arrive late, but you will still be charged for the full time booked.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments may be canceled without charge anytime before the close of business on the day prior to your scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • If you miss an appointment without calling, a credit card will be required to book any future services.

Communication & Comfort

  • Your comfort and results are our top priority. Please inform your therapist of any pain, discomfort, or health issues so we can tailor the session to your needs.

  • We encourage you to communicate throughout your treatment to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • You may terminate your session at any time if you are not satisfied.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

  • For exfoliating treatments, we recommend avoiding shaving immediately before your appointment to prevent irritation.

Spa Etiquette

  • Please help us maintain a serene atmosphere by silencing your phone and keeping conversations to a minimum.

  • Respect the privacy and relaxation of fellow spa guests.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our independent contractor staff.

  • A customary tip is 20–25% of the service total.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are treated like cash and may be used for any spa service or retail product.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
