Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and enjoy your full session time.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other guests. The full service fee will still apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime before the close of business the day prior with no charge.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, and all no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.

  • Missed appointments without notice will require a credit card charge prior to securing future bookings.

Communication & Comfort

  • Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. Inform your therapist of any discomfort, preferences, or health concerns so we can personalize your session.

  • Open communication during your treatment ensures the best possible spa experience.

  • You may end your session at any time if you feel uncomfortable or are not satisfied.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

  • For exfoliating treatments, please avoid shaving immediately beforehand to help prevent irritation.

Spa Etiquette

  • Please silence your cell phone and keep noise to a minimum to maintain a tranquil spa environment.

  • Respect the privacy and relaxation of fellow spa guests at all times.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are appreciated and go directly to your therapist. A typical gratuity ranges from 20% to 25% of your service total.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are treated as cash and may be redeemed for any spa service or retail product at BodyCentre Day Spa.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or replaced.
