Altitude Ascent Training at Bodycentre offers a dynamic and athletic-driven alternative to passive altitude systems like the CVAC pod. While CVAC allows individuals to sit during cyclic assimilation, Altitude Ascent Training is all about movement, performance, and precision. We take altitude training to the next level with active, sport-specific exercise guided by expert coaches.
How It Works
Unlike traditional passive hypoxic therapies, our method involves interval training on equipment such as:
Treadmills
Stationary Bikes
Stair Master
All sessions are performed under the guidance of a dedicated Bodycentre coach using oxygen concentrators with a mask delivery system to alternate between high and low oxygen exposure. This simulates real-world altitude conditions, mimicking techniques used at the United States Olympic Training Center.
